I had an extremely terrible experience in Piyali restaurant, Peshawar. Firstly, I will share my experience of food. Luckily, I have just ordered Dahi Bhallay, Gol Gappay and Karak Chaay because the food was very expensive according to their rates. A small portion of Dahi Bhallay was at 250 rs. which is available at 70 rs. almost every where, and I was not expecting such a small portion in this price. The total bill for just these 3 items was around 740 rs. in which I can enjoy a small pizza with cold drinks at some other place. Secondly, the waiters don't respond you and make you shout for several times disturbing other people who are enjoying their meals peacefully. We waited for around 15 minutes and called the waiter several times but no one came even they saw us calling them. At last, I went to the counter and told them to come to our table and take the order. And finally, after 5 minutes the waiter came and took the order. If it is like this they should hang a "Self Service" notice on the entrance. They were so irresponsible that if someone enjoy meal and go out without paying the bill they will not even notice it. Finally, the tables were not clean and the food was stuck in the table. The cups and plates need to be washed properly. In short, I had a terrible experience but I don't want my brothers and sisters to waste their money in which they can enjoy the meal atleast 3 times at some other better place...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Piyali restaurant to celebrate my friend Furqan's birthday, and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience. Located in D Chowk, near Shalman Park, Phase-2 Hayatabad, Peshawar, the restaurant provided us with an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, the service at Piyali restaurant was truly exceptional. The staff members were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable celebration. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Throughout the evening, our servers were attentive to our needs,
The menu boasted a wide range of delectable options, showcasing the richness of Peshawari foods.
Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. The decor was tasteful and inviting, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The lighting and music perfectly complemented the mood, enhancing the enjoyment of the evening.
Overall, my visit to Piyali restaurant was a resounding success. The combination of amazing service, delectable food, and a charming ambiance made it a truly memorable celebration for our friend's birthday. I highly recommend Piyali restaurant to anyone looking for a remarkable dining...
Read moreI couldn't find the rating less than 1 otherwise they deserve to be reviewed in negative. This is not the first time I faced very casual and irresponsible behaviour of staff. The platter they served was not fresh. They actually make the BBQ items in bulk and when they get some order.. they simply decorate it in steel so that one can call it chaska platter..non sense.. they dont even bother to simply pass it through flame to deceive their customer atleast. The restaurant is not consistent in term of food and service. They serve incomplete order. Upon enquiry.. they do not bother to bring the missing items. Instead they justify the stupid things they do.. today one person told me we cut one roghini in to two.. means that it is two. Second one told me that it is mistakenly written as 2 in menu.. we actually serve one. they promise to make bills with 6 percent taxes for card payments.. but they will surprise you with 15 percent taxes when u see the bill. You wouldn't find anyone responsible in restaurant to complain. First the waiter will come.. he will ask another waiter to listen to complaint. The waiters do not understand their own menu items. I don't know how this restaurant is still surviving in such a good place where every other person will b willing to start business. I would not recommend this...
