Hyderabad Darbar — Restaurant in Qasimabad Taluka

Okay so I went to Hyderabad darbar (bypass) for the first time and here's what I have to say. Firstly I'm really grateful to the owners for opening up this restaurant in a city where there aren't many choices and it's nice to see the opening up of employment opportunities to the Sindhi working class. Pros: 🔵 The ambience and vibe were great. 🔵 The architecture was absolutely beautiful and unique and the fact that there were variety of places to sit from outdoor to indoor to a private area and the fact that they took plantation of different trees and plants into consideration. 🔵 The location is nice Cons: 🔴 The chairs were very uncomfortable specially for skinny people. 🔴 (1) The delivery system was a complete chaos, despite a number of waiters standing free we weren't given a water bottle that we asked for on time, it took them almost 15 minutes to bring us a water bottle. (2) The same thing happened yet again when we were given our drinks when we already had finished with eating, despite calling on waiters multiple times to bring drinks to us. We have no idea what took them so long. (3) the waiters of our table that we ordered food to were just lost for a long period of time. 🔴 (Misbehavior) One waiter whom we were asking to bring us something turned his back and left us in the middle of a conversation (a very unprofessional and rude and humiliating gesture) (he wasn't the waiter that was serving us) 🔴 I did not like the food, I tried their handi yet again expecting to have changed (previously tried at Darbar Autobhan) but did not like it, though it was different but it tasted sweet and I understand this might be their speciality and people may like it since everybody has different tastes but not my type. The Seekh Kababs were good but average as compared to other restaurants. The chicken tikka pieces were fine. But the problem is that nothing was mouth watering and I didn't feel the temptation to eat food by just smelling it the way I did it at Kolcahi etc. While ending this I do have to add that their was only this one waiter that looked a teenager misbehaved, ALL other waiters were very nice and down to earth, so don't judge all the waiters or the restaurant management by this one particular incident. But I do have to repeat that waiters need to learn how to manage and the management including the waiters need to be professional. In the very end I would like to add that DO visit Hyderabad Darbar, these restaurant chains are new to Hyderabad and they need to be explained and reviewed for them to work better than to abandon them and yes I will surely visit it...

Overall a good experience not something extraordinary but a local restaurant with good standards.

The best part was service quality, the staff was super nice & helped in deciding the order. Service delivery was very fast. Food serving took a good 30 mins as compared to the promised 20 mins.

Second best thing is the restaurant itself. Huge open spaces, well built, well furnished, and well lit. You have plenty of options to chose from. The only downside is that it is right on the highway so too much highway noise.

Food was good, but as per taste and quantity we felt it was priced a bit higher. They accepted payment via card which was a plus point. We tried desi and Chinese and felt both could have been improved a bit more.

It will cost around 2K per person so that can be a factor in choosing the restaurant and best time to go there...

Worst experience of dining at Hyderabad Darbar On suggestions of this honorable group members we celebrated Birthday along with Dinner at Hyderabad Darbar. No doubt the ambiance is very beautiful but....... I think they are charging for the ambiance too.. 😂 I was surprised to know that they are charging extra money for the birthday corner to just stand there for cutting cake. Even the birthday corner was just "Not Bad" even then they charged 1000 extra (I have experienced this birthday corner at approx 10 Restaurants of Hyderabad for free but this restaurant I think relates to another world).
