I ordered a roti roll paratha for delivery from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The food quality was poor, and the delivery time was unacceptably slow.

The roti roll paratha arrived overly oily and difficult to chew. The chicken filling inside was burned, making it tough and inedible.

What's worse, the delivery time took an excruciating 1.5 hours. I expect much faster turnaround from a food delivery service. The slow delivery only compounded the poor quality of the actual meal.

This was a complete waste of my time and money. The low-quality, unappetizing food combined with the sluggish delivery makes me unwilling to ever order from this restaurant again. They need to focus on both food preparation and delivery efficiency if they want to provide a minimally acceptable customer experience.
