A real bad and cheap experience. I am regular customer and order 2 platters and one separate shwarma..now platter is almost 900 rps and there’s always a shwarma that’s equal to two shawarmas. This time I went there and they had like real less chicken in grill I asked is it going to be enough for almost 5 shwarmas? He said yes it will be..my mistake is I didn’t check my order there since I was a regular and they never did something like this. So what happened was they 3 exactly same shwarma one which is 400 rps other two that are 900 each all same quantity and worst part they didn’t even accepted their mistake. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this fast food shop. I placed an order for just two shawarmas to go, and it took a whopping 45 minutes for them to prepare it.

When I inquired about the delay, the staff rudely replied,

"kam lagy huway hein, free toh nahi bethay huway."

This level of service is unacceptable for a fast food establishment, and it left a very negative impression. I won't be returning.
