Gourmet Foods - PIA Society Branch — Restaurant in Raiwind Tehsil

I have been charged twice, I wanted to pay my purchase via my ATM card at gourmet PIA road, he told me that their machine is not working, and asked me to pay cash, I paid my amount and came back to home, later, when I reached at my home I got a message from bank, that I have been charged. This way I paid double amount, when I requested the boy to return my amount he delayed till next 48 hours then asked me to talk to manager and this way they kept me waiting till date I guess gourmet should improve it's customer service and should train the staff...

Normally it's an okay experience but today's experience was not good. Everything was the same in store bought the sweets and got home excited to find all the sweets are expired, they taste sour and smell bad. I have to throw all of them in trash, with tears in my eyes. I could smell the stench sitting near and writing this review how can the workers not smell it. My last review about this place was different than this one. I experienced a lot of disturbed environment a year back due to which I didn't wanted to visit gourmet but today was a total new experience which made me realize that gourmet has upgraded themselves.
