BurGreat — Restaurant in Rawalpindi Cantonment

Come on guys. If you open a restaurant, you must full fill the basic requirements. You guys even do not have a sweeper. Insects (makhhiyan) were everywhere on the floor dying with insect killer and no one was there to clean the floor. I took some pictures so I'll put with the review.

I ordered a grilled burger with fries and drink and sat for 30 minutes to get my burger. After that, I asked a waiter about my order and his reply was like" sir aj rush hai, cooperate krain" I asked him to clean the floor and said the same, "aj cooperate krain. Rush hai". This is not the way to run a fast food restaurant.

If we talk about sitting, very very uncomfortable sitting. You can't even sit properly as the legs get stuck. I asked him about the sitting and he replied "sir apki tangain lambi hain". Even my 5 years old daughter was not able to move her legs freely. So, you would say" uski tangain bhi lambi hain"??

I know perhaps no other person would experience the same I did. But, I think it's my duty to share what I faced. We pay out there at these fancy restaurants to get a better food with better service along with better atmosphere and nothing was there at least for ME and my daughters.

If I talk about food.. Fries were good. But your burger sucks as your restaurant.

At the end, I'd say if you are spending that much money for a better experience, you better go somewhere else. This place not worth a single...

I'm really disappointed with this place. When they first opened, the food was great, but now it's just getting worse. I've ordered from them online a few times and always told them the taste isn't the same as before. Recently, I went there to eat in and it was a mess. I ordered pizza and loaded fries, but the service was bad. They brought the fries first, then the pizza 5 minutes later, and took away the forks. When we asked for more, they only gave us 2 forks for 5 people.

The loaded fries were also a letdown. I thought they'd have lots of cheese and chicken, but there was hardly any. I'm not recommending them anymore. If you live around here range road and want good food, try Mexican Chili instead. They're much better.

When I complained about the fries, they said loaded fries don't come with cheese. I'm like, "What? That's not true!" Everywhere else, loaded fries have cheese and chicken. I'm really annoyed with...

Yesterday visited a "Burgreat" and ordered their double patty steak burger. I must say, the taste was absolutely awesome! The burger was cooked to perfection, and the combination of the juicy patties and flavorful steak was simply delightful.

To complete my meal, I also ordered the combo with fries and a coke. The taste of the fries was outstanding. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. The seasoning added a delicious kick to each bite. The coke was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly.
