Cheezious — Restaurant in Rawalpindi Cantonment

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to Cheezious, which has left me contemplating my loyalty to your brand.

I have been a dedicated customer of Cheezious since day one, consistently enjoying the delicious offerings and expressing my admiration for your establishment across various platforms. However, the experience I encountered today has compelled me to bring a matter to your attention that has shaken my confidence in the brand.

Accompanied by my son, I visited the Cheezious outlet today with the expectation of a delightful dining experience.

To my surprise and dismay, we were denied entry into the dine-in area under the pretext that only families are allowed. This left me feeling deeply insulted, especially in the presence of my son, as we have been regular patrons of your establishment.

I must express my confusion at this policy. What exactly does the term "family" mean in the context of your business? Is a father and son not considered a family in your view? I have never encountered such a restriction in any other restaurant or fast-food establishment, including well-known chains such as KFC, McDonald's, Hardees, OPTP, Pizza Hut, and many others. It raises questions about the inclusivity and hospitality Cheezious aims to provide to its customers.

Moreover, I am perplexed by the apparent limitations on who is deemed a "family." Does Cheezious only permit the entry of groups consisting solely of females? What about individuals on a date? Are they not considered a family in your perspective?

This incident has left me not only disappointed but also questioning the values and principles your business upholds. I felt embarrassed and insulted during what was supposed to be a routine visit with my family.

As a long-standing customer who has consistently supported and praised Cheezious, I find it regrettable that such an incident has marred my perception of the brand. Unfortunately, I must convey that I am now hesitant to visit any of your branches with my family...

I ordered the pizza in mid night they delivered after the closing time, I called the helpline immediately but the ordering services were closed, tried to call the rider but he didn't take up the call. Pizza was so pathetic like you are eating a slight warm bread no taste very low quality, infact the chicken and sauce were tearing apart from bread.
