Disappointing Experience at Sufi Restaurant

We ordered 3 kg Mutton Karahi and 6 double Chapli Kababs for our corporate lunch, and while the kababs were good, the karahi was absolutely pathetic. The meat had a strong smell, and although it was tender, it seemed more like boiled meat rather than a properly cooked traditional karahi. The dish completely lacked the rich, flavorful taste one would expect.

To make matters worse, we were charged an outrageous amount of 14,660 PKR, which was nowhere near justified given the subpar food quality. Since we were highly dissatisfied, we decided not to leave a tip. We left 14,670 PKR on the table and walked out.

What happened next was the final straw – a waiter actually followed us all the way to the parking lot just to return the 10 rupees change, seemingly to make a point that they expected a bigger tip and were unhappy about it. This was incredibly unprofessional and just made our experience even worse.

Overall, terrible customer service and disappointing food. Would definitely not recommend if you’re expecting a proper karahi experience and respectful service....

Sufi Restaurant in Bahria Town Phase 7 offers a generally pleasant dining experience with a few standout elements. The atmosphere is quite normal and doesn’t particularly stand out, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is commendable.

The staff is courteous and attentive, and their service is commendable, contributing positively to the overall experience. We decided to try the Smart Platter, aiming to sample a variety of their offerings.

The taste of the food was quite good. The Chappli Kebabs were notably flavorful, living up to their reputation. The Malai Boti was particularly impressive—outstanding in flavor and perfectly cooked. The Raita was fantastic, complementing the meal well, and the Seekh Kebabs were my personal favorite; their unforgettable taste made a strong impression.

Overall, Sufi Restaurant is decent, but not exceptional enough to compel a repeat visit solely based on this branch. The pricing is standard and aligns with market rates. If you're in the area and looking for good desi food, it’s worth a visit, though it might not become...

Finally i found good place for desi food inside Bahria town phase 7&8. Me and my son always in search of desi food like chicken karhaye, tikka , kabab etc. one of the best thing is the peaceful environment as the restaurant is on the back of Rabi Center and the closed end due to which no traffic no pollution as well. Sitting environment is also very good you have three choices to sit inside , outside or on the separate corner place where they have placed some pillows and carpet as well. We ordered chicken karhayee and beep sheikh kabab the taste was very good, they have used very balance taste. I must ask those who are desi food lover should...

Well Sufi is an old restaurant, and I have always liked their Chappli Kebabs, so I thought to try the phase 7 branch. The ambience is just okay. Service is slow. Ordered chicken koyla karahi, which was average, the chappli kebab were good, the malai boti was below average, so was the kabuli pulao. I would suggest to order chappli kebab and naan. Was expecting a bit more.
