I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Zam Zam was so unbelievably bad that I feel like I have to warn others.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was shockingly rude. We were polite and respectful, yet they acted like we were a burden just for being there. What hurt the most was how they treated my elderly grandmother — with zero respect or basic human decency. Despite her age, they spoke to her in the most dismissive and harsh tone. It was honestly heartbreaking to witness.

And just when I thought the service couldn’t get worse, after we finished our meal, a staff member pointed his finger at us and shouted, “Niklo, table khaali kro, niklo niklo,” like we were animals being kicked out. I was stunned. No apology, no manners, just straight-up disrespect.

The food wasn’t even worth the humiliation.

If you value basic courtesy and don’t want your meal ruined by disgusting behavior, do not go to Zam Zam. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Instead, go to Cheezious — their food is far better, the staff is polite, and you’ll be treated like an actual human being. Zam Zam doesn’t deserve a single customer until they learn how to treat people...

Sharing my experience at ZamZam Refreshment's second outlet near Committee Chowk. The seating area is comfortable, and they've expanded their menu with a variety of fast food options alongside their traditional dishes.

The highlight of their menu is the fruit chaat, available in three delightful options: cream fruit chaat, cream fruit chaat with dry fruits, and a simple dahi fruit chaat. Additionally, their channa chaat, dhai bhalay, and golgappas are incredibly flavorful.

Their selection of fresh juices and shakes is both delicious and refreshing. I also enjoyed their pizzas, fried chicken, and rolls, all of which were well-prepared and tasty.

DONOT GO TO THIS RESTRAUNT I would not recommend going to this place. Me and my friend went at a time where there were barely any customers. But the waiter didnot care to come. to our table and give us the menus.

We ordered the special pasta but they gave us the simple one. When I asked where the chicken pieces mentioned on the menu that are supposed to be on the special pasta we're the waiter just said ye aisa hi Hai.

The pizza tasted extremely mediocre.

The pasta had no flavor, the chicken in the pasta was also just like boiled chicken. there was NO cheese in the pasta and it seemed like they had just added milk and a bitt of cream with no cheese
