The restaurant in question was once a favored dining destination for our family. Regrettably, we have ceased to patronize the establishment for both lunch and dinner due to concerns over the unhygienic preparation of food. I recently visited Relax Food Point on Mingora Bypass and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The family sitting area was poorly maintained — dirty, cold, and quite uncomfortable, especially for children. The service was equally unsatisfactory, with inattentive waiters and a lack of basic hospitality.
