McDonald's — Restaurant in Sarai Alamgir Tehsil

Worst service here. They do a corona check via card or app. You need to be vaccinated 2 doses to enter here. Staff are alright all young students some even arrogant but thats life not everywhere you go u meet good people. I had taken my family here with kids we had got the fillet o fish and kids happy meals. They took 20 mins to give the food which was cold and chips were nasty which they had refried. All the food was given back they took another 5 mins and the chips and burgers were still cold, so I complained to the manager of they appalling service. They had then re made the order again most people in there weren't happy. Normally when u go into McDonald's as I've been to many food is served warm and quick as is a fast food joint. This place I visited 2 within 2 weeks and the food was still awful. I wouldn't go here again I would rather go to Islamabad which services you good and brings you warm food. Most staff need to get retrained and the mangers when you complain we was pakistani know they won't tell the boss or pass any information on to their peers as they would get a hiding... this you cannot resolve evening when you send a complaint to HQ they won't respond and no further investigation takes places. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience of visiting McDonald's (Jhelum) last week.

Just because the kids like McDonald's, I visited twice during last week and on both occasion, service was very poor and the staff was very uncooperative.

I had to wait approx. 30 minutes for my order because the receipt I have been given wasn't reflecting my order number. Upon questioning the supporting staff roaming in the restaurant, I was advised to wait. After 20 minutes, I asked another staff who reprinted my receipt and advised to wait again.

When finally my order arrived, Chicken Nuggets were missing. I informed the staff at counter who said there are no nuggets in my order. I showed the receipt and a lady staff brought the nuggets.

After I arrived home, I found that out of 6 burgers, 3 were missing cheese slices.

I won't recommend any of my family or friends to visit this place because of poor service and unprofessional staff especially, if you are wearing shalwar qameez and you don't look like an overseas Pakistani / foreigner, they will not treat you as a...

One of the first international chains of fast food to step foot in pakistan. There is hardly anyone these days, who doesn't know about McDonald's.
