Poor & pathetic service level from G13 branch. They don't pick their landline calls and give excuse there is an issue with telephone the bell doesn't ring for incoming calls! This has been the issue since 2023 till date! Last time my order was: Messed up! Delivered late Chips & burgers were soggy & dead due to late delivery. I tried to report this issue on their branch ny calling but they don't pick up! Then called UAN no. On which they told branch will call in 5 mins but never did! Today 18/02/24 I ordered again with all clear instructions and issue was the SAME! Order delivered late nearly took an hour Pathetic food packing Cold & dead fries Incomplete order was delivered. Rider went back to pick the complete order which to 10 mins more!
When i tried to complain on call on this g13 branch they didn't have rhe decency to pick the call up! I called on UAN no. Customer representative said the same old story will call in 5 mins but haven't receive the call till now, 30 mins have passed since complain! I have literally recorded their calls and took pictures of Unprofessionally PACKED BURGERS. The state of order & customer handling is poor the branch & operations manager both should be fired dor their irresponsible behaviour and causing the same issue to the customers multiple times and not addressing it! I earn Halal money not for these people to mess up my order every time! Neither THEN nor Now these unprofessional people have addressed my complaints let alone compensating me in any form! All I want my Food is to be delivered on time & remain hot when I receive it! This is the basic ABCs when you're working in SERVICE industry!

A recent incident involved a rider using his mobile phone while delivering orders, which led to him hitting two pedestrians. When I asked him to stop using his phone while riding, he threatened me.
The rider’s reckless behavior nearly caused an accident with me. He came directly in front of my bike, and if I hadn’t been able to control my speed, it could have resulted in a serious accident. Fortunately, I managed to maintain control, but the situation was extremely dangerous.
Moreover, the rider gave direct threats and used abusive language, revealing a criminal mindset. When I reported these issues to Branch Manager Adnan, he responded with similar abusive language and made false allegations against me. This indicates that the branch may be condoning or ignoring such dangerous behavior.
The actions of both the rider and Branch Manager Adnan are damaging the reputation of Cheezious, especially in the G13 and H13 areas. If Cheezious continues to employ individuals with such criminal behavior and inappropriate conduct, it will significantly undermine public trust and safety. No one wants to place orders with a service associated with criminal or mentally unstable individuals.
I urge Cheezious to take immediate action against this dangerous behavior and the inappropriate conduct of Branch Manager Adnan and the rider. Addressing these issues is crucial to restoring the safety and integrity of your service and maintaining your reputation in Islamabad...
Read moreSo this review is for anyone who places their order online. Kindly, don't ever select credit card, or jazzcash as payment methods. For a while, I have observed that if you choose either Jazzcash or Credit Card, at times they will deduct money from your card or Jazzcash but your order would get rejected. This issue has been on-going for more than a month (in my experience). So, what you should do is to select Cash as your payment method, and in the instructions mention that you will be paying via EasyPaisa or via JazzCash, in that case they will ask you to scan the QR and your payment will be processed - in person. Don't ever select Credit Card or JazzCash as a payment method (from their website or their application) because there is a chance that they will deduct money but your order will get rejected. Now, in case of JazzCash they will either give you a refund or they will give you a voucher (for the same price you lost), but in case of credit card they won't do anything to help you. So, please don't make the same mistake I did, especially if you are a student. Their technical team won't fix this issue, because if they wanted to fix it then they would've fixed it months...
