Viva La Pizza - Clayton - Pizzería en Panamá — Restaurant in Ancón

This is one of of the best pizza places I’ve tried in my life. Pizza is DE-LI-CIOUS. I can’t show you all the menu but it is available on their IG profile, you can take a look at it to see all the different options. They use sourdough bread on their pizzas (which makes all the difference). The place is small but very cozy, the menu is not cheap or expensive, however it is definitely worth it.

I came to this place to try out their Vodkarella pizza for pizza week, and it did not disappoint. The bread is sourdough, fermented over a long time (easier on the stomach), the cheese and sauce were very tasty, with complementary sweet and savory, and the crust was nice, soft and had delicious parmesan cheese topping.

It's not exactly 100% Italian-style, but that doesn't matter. The pizzas are still great on their own merits and a huge step up from your normal fast-food...
