The paella isn't the Spanish crispy-bottom style but the rice was flavorful throughout and nicely cooked, with a good amount of tasty seafood and 4 different D'Elidas hot sauces to choose from - try all 4 and then just use the yellow-cap bottle like everybody else. The grouper was a very nice portion and perfectly cooked. More importantly, our picky little eaters loved it. The place was almost full and handled it efficiently, as always. Buen trabajo, equipo Camisones! Gracias por todo, nos...

We will definitely be back, there is so much...
