Firstly, I was disappointed that the munu I was given was very different from the online menu which had enticed me to come. I would expect them to keep their website updated.The meal I ordered was one of their Panamanian specialties. It was good but overpriced. The lobster mac and cheese had a generous portion of tasty lobster but the mac and cheese itself was very soupy in texture. The dessert (Three Chocolates) was memorable only for being very disappointing. It appeared to be a pool of lechara covered with a layer of fine chocolate cookie crumbs and embellished with several dots of chocolate...

I went to celebrate my friend's birthday. I knew I was going to try their food. I wasn't aware that I was in for a Food Experience! You must go and see for yourself! The prices are what is expected for a country club steak house. But the flare and flavors that come along with it are special! Don't forget to tour the facilities and sit for a few at the pool lounge area to round off your visit. I heard the rooms in the hotel are comfortable. I haven't stayed they, but my steakhouse experience has me confident that the rest of the hotel is...

La experiencia fue magnifica desde el recibimiento por maravillosas y atentas personas que nos hicieron sentir como en casa...el ambiente es muy selectivo con ilumunacion adecuada y espacios bien definidos entre mesas....la decoracion es elegante y adecuada para preparate para lo mejor...la entrada de sopa de cebolla estuvo simplemente espectacular..la mejor que he probado en mi vida...el salmon en una salsa de maple junto con tocino finamente picado da un toque de equilibrio al plato lo cual me gusto muchisimo..tambien comimos ostras en unas salsas de encurtido de cebollas y otra de pomodoro ligeramente picante...magnificas ambas.....tambien probamos una entraña con salsas de chimichurri y otra de hongos con pimienta....eso estaba delicioso....nos dieron unas pequeñas entradas cortesia de la casa que eran un pequeño pan con queso cabra y salmon...otro con una morcilla española y una croqueta expectacular ......el pan estaba esquisito y era de sabores de aceitunas y hongos...y hasta la mantequilla estaba finamente especiada.....Que experiencia tan agradable e inolvidable......finalmente la gentil joven que nos atendio fue a buscar al chef el cual conocimos e intercambiamos puntos de vista sobre los platos y lo felicitamos por su dedicacion y amor a su trabajo.......recomiento ampliamente el restaurante....simplemente...
