Good empanadas. They consider them a patty. The variety of choice is small, though. For pattys they had: beef and chicken. For tarts: pineapple and plantain. That's about it. They must have been losing money trying to sell other food items (see reviewers' photos) and cut selection down to a few best sellers. Pictured, the tarts are the ones with the piercings in the top section of the tart (clockwise), starting at 12:00: cod cake, chicken patty, pineapple tart, plantain tart. The beef patty looks identical to the chicken patty. There is little seating inside, unfortunately. They must have downsized from what I'm guessing based on the older photos. Parking is extremely limited too. *Word of warning: watch these guys, the menu they have on the display screen will show the actual price. However, they'll try to charge foreigners the GRINGO FARE and mark your order up 65%! Their limited food selection is good, but not at that craziness! I'm done with them!

Un lugar con las famosas plantaintart de Colón, claro, cuentan con otras opciones también, verdaderamente deliciosas. El lugar en si es pequeño, cuenta con algunas mesas para comer afuera sin embargo la mayoría prefiere comprar para llevar. La atención es muy buena, el personal atiende amablemente, en caso de desconocer sobre algún producto le explican un poquito para tener una mejor noción. El único detalle a considerar es el estacionamiento pues está a pie de calle, si hay opciones al frente y a los costados pero puede llegar a ser complicado. Les recomiendo la empanada de piña es muy rica, no se arrepentirán.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de visitar este lugar debido a una recomendación y quedé encantado con la calidad y el sabor de estas empanadas. Cuentan con mucho relleno y el señor demasiado amable y servicial. Sin duda volveré a visitar este lugar para probar todas las empanadas y quizás darle una oportunidad a la de bacalao. El icing glass estaba delicioso y el precio es demasiado bueno. Solo 1 dolar en la mayoría de las empanadas. Si se esta por este área, recomiendo visitarlo.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de visitar este lugar debido a una recomendación y quedé encantado con la calidad y el sabor de estas empanadas. Cuentan con mucho relleno y el señor demasiado amable y servicial. Sin duda volveré a visitar este lugar para probar todas las empanadas y quizás darle una oportunidad a la de bacalao. El icing glass estaba delicioso y el precio es demasiado bueno. Solo 1 dolar en la mayoría de las empanadas. Si se esta por este área, recomiendo visitarlo.

Hola 👋 nuevamente. Contarles de este magnífico lugar. Es un pequeño emprendimiento de Panameño con ascendencia Bocatoreña y cuya mezcla ha derivado en la preparación de ricas empanadas, torrejas y bebidas típicas de estás regiones. En lo personal, he degustado las famosas empanadas Patty, Empanadita de Piña, Plantintá y Torrejitas de Bacalao. Adicional como bebidas, tienen Saril y Naranja con raspadura. Este pequeño emprendimiento está ubicado a comienzo de la calle 10ma de Río Abajo hacia la vía La Pulida a la mano izquierda, justo después que pasas el Banco Nacional. Y si vienes por la Vía La Pulida, la encontraras a la mano derecha, antes de llegar al Banco. Lo que si han de considerar es que las empanadas Patty y las Torrejitas tienen su buen toque de picante, lo que las hace muy deliciosas. Pero si no pueden consumir picante, entonces pidan las dulces que también son muy buenas.

Todas las empandas tienen el precio de USD1. 00. Y las Torrejitas de Bacalao cuestan USD1.25.

Consideren que el lugar no dispensa mesas o sillas, es decir, que el local sólo brinda el servicio de comprar y llevar.

También tienen la opción de acercarse al negocio, preguntar por Stan si requieren pedidos especiales. Les aseguro que será de su total...
