The customer service is horrible! We ordered simple burgers and the day me and my husband came, they refused to service us. We had to go to someone to make the order, and then the manager told us that our order was too difficult and that they were too busy to take our order but the restaurant is usually empty during the day. Mi esposa estaba de cumpleaños y decidimos comer allí. Al llegar me informaron que el plato de mi esposa seria gratis si comprábamos 5 comidas a lo que accedimos hacer..decidimos ordenar mis esposa hija y mi persona y venían 3 personas más en camino. Cuando ordenamos y llegaron las otras 3 personas para ordenar. Resulta que las reglas de que si pedíamos 5 platos cambio y ya no todos los platos aplicaban..habíamos ordenado carne la cual costaba 13 dólares por plato más la bebida al completar los 5 platos decidimos ordenar una bandeja de picadas de 20 dólares y nos informan que eso no aplicaba como plato.. le dije a la mesera que ya teníamos los 5 platos de acurdo a lo acordado y me dijo que no era posible pedir la bandeja de 20 dólares incluso teniendo los 5 platos ya pedidos y que de hacerlo no se aplicaría el descuento a mi esposa.. fue una situación muy poco agradable y ver que no te dan .as opciones que un NO SE...
