Botanica — Restaurant in San Francisco

The ambient is quite cozy, and is very simple and I don't feel burden to wear fancy clothes. Also, the ambient is good for a date to impress.

The place is quite hidden and even tho I was in front of it, I had to ask if this was the place because the sign was quite small.

Regardless of this, the prices a very high class, something that does not goes with the quality of the food. I do not know if my tongue is not worthy of gourmet food, but the taste was overshadowed by the price and the lack of cost benefit. I have eat in high prices places and the taste is quite worth it. Here no. Once again is all about the preference of the costumer.

The services was great, the place is small and the waiter are very knowledgeable about the food and very serviceable.

I understand the place main dishes are the pizzas, and order rissotto. So probably that's why I did not find the quality of the food proportional...

"ERA" fan de este restaurante... tiene un ambiente agradable, el sabor de la comida nunca decepciona y el servicio "ERA" bueno, anoche fui a cenar en pareja y nos recibieron super bien, tomaron nuestro pedido y sirvieron la entrada de cortesía que siempre regalan (muy buena) , pero a partir de ese momento pasaron +30 min y no nos servían las pizzas por lo que las pedimos para llevar y vimos con mala cara al que nos atendía insinuándole que estaban demorando mucho... nos quedamos +1 hora esperando porque el ambiente es agradable y se presta para conversar, pero llegamos al punto en que le indicamos al mesero que si en 5 min no nos entregaban el pedido, mejor lo dejaba porque nos retirábamos... inmediatamente el mesero fue a la cocina, pero lo curioso es que las paredes de la cocina son de vidrios y uno puede ver lo que ocurre en ella... vimos como buscaban entre una pila de pizzas que tenían preparadas y aparentemente la nuestra estaba entre ella (Lista hace tiempo)... inmediatamente la encontraron nos dieron las pizzas (que fueron de cortesía) y por ahí pedí la factura de lo consumido (2 sodas)... pague, pero el colmo fue que se volvieron a demoran en traer el cambio... por lo que nos paramos y les dijimos que olvidaran del cambio (B/.6.50), ya que no podíamos seguir perdiendo el tiempo.... Lastimosamente ya no recomiendo este lugar... si a nosotros nos paso, no crea que a usted le pueda pasar. Por cierto el local no estaba lleno, por lo que eso no...

This was our first stop when visiting Panama! It had a parking lot and had both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as seating in their covered greenhouse.
