Book reservations before you go. Hi early to park in the complex parking available. We were seated immediately and our waitress was great and attentive. We ordered the Argentinean steak, seafood risotto, burrata salad, and ceviche. The ceviche was great, tasty. The burrata didn't have the same consistency inside that I'm used to, it was more runny. Great presentation though and great pairing with tomatoes. The steak has lots of fat in it. You would think that they would city that off and serve it weighted two actual meat. The risotto was great. Prices seemed reasonable.

The start was very promising with exceptional service and great wine, however it started to degrade with every minute we spend in the restaurant. The shrimps with tomatoes were very good, the rest like risotto with pesto and the lasagna (with huge amount of cheese on top, look at photos) we very average. We ordered 2 deserts (one of them just didn’t make it to our table), asked for water - no reply, and by the end we waited for 15 minutes to get the bill and additional 10 minutes to get the card back. Maybe we had a bad luck, but this time the overall impression was just below average.

Even if the food wasn’t exceptional, the service here is top-notch. Liron took very good care of us. I ordered the pasta con peche at his recommendation and received a very mediocre dish. He took it right back and got me a different dish - the lasagne. It was good enough. The desserts were delicious (I loved the vanilla brioche). It’s hard to find stand-out food in a city like this, and Pastory is not a place that I’ll remember for its dining, even though I would consider coming back. But it will be a while before I forget the great service I received.

Good food, good service, annoying and not flexible table reservation process, toilets weren't super clean, but usable. The artichoke entree is excellent and refreshing. Beef fillet with mashed potatoes is recommended as well. Tagliatelle con pesce - was ok albeit more spicy than expected. Table reservation requires a credit card as a guarantee of arrival. A no show or cancellation less than 12hr before the reservation costs 50 NIS per person. I find this policy a bit extreme. When we asked to postpone the reservation in 30min - they refused.

They took us in with no reservations, on a major holiday. We had just literally walked across the border from Jordan that morning with no plan of where to go and they were packed. The waiter Lior was excellent and the food was very good. Typically I find restaurants over fancify, over sauce, over season, or over salt etc. This dish in the photo was particularly well done. For me, it was one of maybe 3 dishes I can say were perfect Sherrin dishes. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of it. It was so good.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of Eilat Good Italian cuisine, even simple dishes were nice and tasty - especially we enjoyed the salads Service is not ultra fast but even while restaurant was overcrowded we received food in a short amount of time Also nice that even without booking they were able to find seats for us Smal but important notice - toilets are very dirty and even are infested with cockroaches ( on a photo), but I think this issue can be easily solved
