Hola a tod@s. Cuando uno va a un restaurante, no sólo va por su buena comida. Uno va también por quienes te atienden y como te atienden. En este caso, él propietario con mucho criterio. La comida exquisita, productos locales, con sabores nativos, y con una presentación con estilo gourmet. Mejor ubicación imposible, con una gran panorámica a Sillustani y a los Chullpas. Realmente una experiencia y lugar digno de incorporar como tu destino turístico. Excelente. Felicitaciones.

La comida exquisita, productos locales, con sabores nativos, y con una presentación con estilo gourmet. Mejor ubicación imposible, con una gran panorámica a Sillustani y a los Chullpas. In the late afternoon - with no more tourists around - we asked at the gate of the Sillustani area for a place to get something to eat. The gatekeeper introduced us to Mario from the Kollas restaurant. Mario opened his restaurant especially for us and cooked us an excellent dinner in no time. Very high quality and not so expected at a tourist's attraction. We really appreciated his friendliness and hospitality. We can only recommend anyone visiting Sillustani to stop by...

Excellent gastronomic experience in Puno! The place is cozy, and we were served by Mario, a Limeño with a Puno heart, super kind and attentive. Great location, with views of the Inka ruins and indoor and outdoor seating. Food was great. We had the trout and the alpaca and our 1.5 year old baby ate both and the potatoes and rice, and loved it all. Very friendly staff and...
