The Staff is not there yet....|Hotel is an absolute winner in like location atmosphere, very well maintained gardens and good swimming pools. But the staff needs some polshing and the management is an absolute joke, the Peruvian manager does not understand what customer service means. Unbelievable how they handle a complaint. I have to say that the Venezuelan lady at the Reception had more quality than all the others together. ||This is wat happened. |We coincidentally met one of the staff members at the soccer field in the evening. Totally out of the blue he started to accuse us for the staining bedsheets by wearing clothing that stains. Although it couldn’t be because we slept in our “empire clothing”. The problem I have with it is that this is just not the way and the place to accuse a guest. When we went to the reception to make them understand that we disagree with this approach and we totally not understand about this strange accusation. |She said that she will check the sheet herself to check the stain. Instead of understanding our frustration about it the when and where. “It is about the form an not the content” but apparently she was okay whit her colleague to speak to us in this way on that place at that time. Even after suggesting that it would be more appropriate to ask for us at the reception in at breakfast or dinner or an other convenient moment. She just didn’t get it. ||The hotel is good quality, the location is very pretty. But the staff... They just need to understand that when you charge Western prices you need to give Western service: Always smile, greet and be respectful to the guests. Have protocols and stick to it (be consistent). Understand the difference between form and content. Make sure only an staff member who is entitled and trained to speak to your guests about delicate issues does so on a appropriate place and time. But not before this entitled person has detailed checked the issue before accuse an guest. ||The restaurant is regular but very expensive. The Restaurant advertises to cary 3 forks, but that is far away from our experience. If you go down town for 2 soles by taxi you eat the same or even better but at least 10 times cheaper. |Again, the service and quality is various. Read moreEs un muy bonito lugar para pasar un día de piscina, llegas temprano y aseguras un buen lugar porque es bastante concurrido, la entrada está 15 soles adultos y 10 soles niños, hay unas reglas que debes cumplir para entrar al ambiente donde está la piscina como uso de ropa de baño obligatorio por ejm. Ahí mismo atienden también tus pedidos de platos a la carta y bebidas tiene una variedad de platos a base de cecina y doncella que es el pescado de la zona, hay que mencionar sus refrescos porque son muy ricos y varían según la temporada, puedes pedir 1 jarra de jugo de naranja heladita o de piña golden y será una excelente 👌 opción. Así no vas a encontrar en todos lados. La atención es buena y se puede pagar en efectivo, yape o con tarjeta. Tanto el restaurante como el área de los bungalows son bonitas hay mucha área verde y está llenado de árboles frutales, no olvides tomarte una foto con el encuentro de ambos ríos que es lo que le da origen al nombre de este lugar. Ambos ambientes tienen amplio estacionamiento, muy recomendable para ir en familia. Por último un detalle importante, aquí no hay señal del teléfono, me parece que si hay con bitel pero para no estar incomunicado puedes pedir el WI...
