Food maybe great but the service is the worst ever. They do not know what to answer to a simple question like, are you serving breakfast or lunch? We spent 15 min waiting for the answer. A second girl came and we asked the same question. Again, she stormed off to ask. We waited for about 10 min and decided to leave. The owners should give clear instructions to the attendants. Had they said we needed to wait at a table until lunch, we could've done that. Had they said it's breakfast, we may have ordered it. Although this place has its way to charm you with its looks and many other activities, its ridiculous prices and disrespectful workers bring ratings down. Each small 330 millimeter water bottle costs 7 soles. The workers seem to not have an interest in what they do and tend to take the water bottles when there is still water in it. The wifi in the area is also basically nonexistant, not only they dont provide wifi but their is no reception to use from your own data. Hace mucho que quería visitar este tipo de eco restaurante, que casi todos están en Pachacamac. Desde el inicio encuentras muchas personas, especialmente niños, ya que hay muchas áreas verdes y especialmente juegos (en su mayoría echos de madera y cuerda, de lo mejor!) Pero mejor empiezo relatando que, hay diferentes espacios para pasar en familia o amigos, puedes celebrar la ocasión que desees (en nuestro caso el cumpleaños de mi prima), hay un salón eco natural que parece que es separado para eventos especiales (averiguaré si es por pago adicional y les cuento), así como otros 4 más bastante amplios con mesas largas de madera. Vas a encontrar un bio huerto con plantitas. Con su nombre, descripción y son las que usan para cocinar. Es Pet friendly y el por el menú de niños tienes un pase para el paseo a caballo. Que se nota que está bien descansando y alimentado (encuentras un establo al fondo del restaurante) Hay un buen lote para el estacionamiento y no se paga. Los juegos no se pagan, solo consumo. La comida es muy rica! Promedio de 45 a 50 soles, son porciones grandes y creo que el chancho al palo o al cilindro es el plato estrella. El menú de niños es pollito al cilindro y hay una opción más que prometo que a la próxima relató. Los baños bien distribuidos, con agua potable, amplios y limpios. Todo el personal que nos asiste es muy amable y está al tanto de lo que puedas necesitar.
