We had such a lovely experience at Cevichería Los Reyes during our visit to Pucusana!

We ordered the chicharrón de pescado which my daughter absolutely loved! So tender and incredibly flavorful. Honestly, one of the tastiest dishes we’ve had in Peru.

The service was just as wonderful as the food. Every staff member treated us with such warmth, it felt like visiting family. The owners are especially kind and genuinely attentive. Even though there's only one cook, the wait didn’t feel long because the atmosphere is so relaxed and communal. It gave us time to talk, enjoy the surroundings, and then savor an amazing meal once it arrived. Absolutely worth the wait!

There are quite a few restaurants in Pucusana, but Los Reyes stood out, not just in quality, but in how many people kept coming through the doors. It’s a local favorite for a reason! If you visit Pucusana and don’t stop by here, your trip just isn’t complete.

Went there expecting some nice fresh seafood but I was served this diabolical atrocity, served in a family-size lasagna pyrex bowl. Everything was chewy, tasted rotten & I didn't know what I had in my mouth most of the time. The waited stayed right in front of me the whole time that I was trying to translate the menu & read it. El ceviche es simplemente espectacular: pescado fresco, bien marinado y con el equilibrio perfecto de acidez y picante. Además, los acompañamientos como el choclo, camote y cancha le dan el toque tradicional que hace la diferencia.
