The cuisine of this place is absolutely amazing! This local restaurant offers a great variety of Peru’s best dishes. Although the place is not attractive the food is of great quality and price. I ordered a parihuela which was a tasty seafood soup. The seafood (fish, shrimp, calamari, octopus) were perfectly done and seasoned. Also it was a big portion (more than enough for 2 people). The ceviche is the best one I’ve tried in mancora. It was fresh, the fish were nicely laminated and marinated. Food was cheap considering its quality and portions. Also the ceviche had a nice presentation. Really surprised to see that kind of presentations in local beach restaurants. Service was nice...
Read moreDelicious local classic Peruvian cuisine at an affordable price. Below there are photos of the tiradito tricolor (classic, ají, and pepper sauce) which is an absolute must eat. There’s the concha negra which can only be found in this region or the world and you must try it. Finally there’s the majado mancoreno, which is is mix of yuca, plantain and bacon. Make sure you get the mayonnaises (2 of them) on the side. All very delicious. It was 110 soles for the three dishes plus home made lemonade. Very happy to have visited and be sure this local place is a stop over! Don’t expect anything fancy, but this is true local cuisine...
Read moreWe really enjoyed our experience at Ta Buenazo. From the moment we walked in we felt at ease as Fabiola welcomed us. The place was immaculately clean with a great ambience. The food was amazing. I had the chicken kebab which was cooked to perfection and my husband had the beef, which was eq ually as good. We also shared some bbq wings which were absolutely delicious. A great evening with salsa music playing on the tv. We will definitely return to enjoy the food beautifully cooked by Alexis and can't recommend this restaurant...
