Our stay at Sanctuary Lodge was amazing and it was largely due to the great staff at the bar and restaurant. My wife and I travel often and the level of service provided by Edy, Russel, Fredy and Isai was the best we have ever experienced. They always greeted us by name and they quickly learned our drink preferences even though we were only there 2 nights. They even made me a hot pepper sauce, table side, at multiple meals. Simply...

Our group paid 40 dollars each, expecting the Belmond quality. The buffet is so so, absolutely nothing special. The drinks were nice.

What scared me most was that after 20min from our arrival, when we received the first drinks and served the first plate, the waiter voluntarily brought us the bill. It felt like being kicked out from the place.
