Went on a Wednesday, mid day..it was winter so... can't really blame them for not being fully open. We could buy a bottle but they wouldn't give us a sample, too bad thier sample glasses and the respective bottles were right there on the bar. Poor hospitality in my opinion. But hey! The whole package right here with a unique Peruvian cultural experience. I traveled here with family connections. I wouldn’t have found it because it is an off the beaten path location. Had a great tour about pisco. Beautiful scenery with a great restaurant. The ceviche and lomo saltado were the best I have had in Perú. What a great surprise!! El pisco es de bueno a muy bueno sin embargo en la comida le quedó corto en comparación a su producción de pisco no en todo se puede ser excelente agradable lugar para niños y adultos les recomiendo ir a beber pisco cualquier otro día menos domingos pase ahy dos días sábado. Muy. Buen día chilcanos génerosos el domingo un chilcano que le faltó cuerpo. Calificación de regular a malo. En cuanto ala atención de la mesera la que nos tocó y éramos un grupo grande de más de 20 personas ni siquiera la gaseosa la pudo traer rápido y la comida demoro en llegar casi una hora y media y porque le pusimos presión si no talvez seguiríamos esperando. En cuanto al sabor esperába más calificación de mi lomo del 1al 10. Un 5. Y eso soy generoso. Conclusiones finales el pisco es todo .
