Very nice typical restaurant just outside of the city of Cusco! The main dish is the baked Guineapig (Cuy Chactado), which was delicious. Also the “Chancho al horno” is very tasty, totally recommend it. Atmosphere is very quiet surrounded by nature. Next to the restaurant you also have the famous Action Valley park, for bungee jumping...

If you like eating Cuy go for it

Not bad but the skin was a bit tough for me but what am I comparing it to 😁

The potatoes that come with it are dry and need some salsa options

Overall good...

Volví a la cuyeria Maizito durante mis vacaciones, ahora en su nuevo local, se encuentra a 25 minutos del centro de la ciudad. El nuevo ambiente es agradable y amplio con espacios verdes, además tienen juegos extremos alrededor. Como siempre el cuy al horno muy rico y crocante, además de la frutillada que nos dieron de cortesía. Recomiendo ir en un horario temprano ya que hace algo de frio...

El mejor lugar para compartir un plato tan agradable y tradicional como el cuy al horno! El lugar súper lindo y amplio, la atención de primera y el sabor de los platos de maravilla. Quedé más que satisfecha! Recomendado!!!
