‼️SERVER FORGOT TO SERVE OUR FOOD

We ate dinner here after mass last Dec 25, 2024. We are aware that their service was slow, but on this particular day it was even slower. After taking our orders, we were immediately served our pitcher of iced tea cucumber. At 30 minutes after ordering, we buzzed the red light and asked a follow-up on our orders. The waiter told us that they would ask but never got back to us. We were now waiting for 50 minutes and were really hungry. My mother had to walk up to the counter and follow-up our food again. Not even 3 minutes had passed and out came our food all complete. Except the food wasn’t hot anymore, they were all lukewarm. The sizzling sisig’s plate wasn’t even hot. The lady server didn’t even look at us—she just hurriedly served our food and left without saying anything. I think she knows that she made a mistake but didn’t own up to it. When we requested for the bill, it was a different waitress now handing us the bill while our previous lady server was just behind the counter hiding. As a customer, we feel disrespected and disregarded. None of the staff said anything about the situation. Not even an apology for the inconvenience and bad service. The management should train their staff to be aware of the tables occupied and regularly check on these customers. We went here 9 pax on a sunday afternoon. The staff were very unaccommodating and wasn’t entertaining us when we entered. We decided to seat on an empty chair on our own and she said its reserved already. We dont know where else to seat cos she didn’t say which seats are available so we sat on an empty kubo. Nice find. We stopped over on our drive back to Manila. Masarap food, fresh ingredients, and the restaurant staffs are friendly and very accomodating. They have spacious parking, i think it can fit more than 10 cars. The dining area is alfresco. You can also have a more private experience in their nipa hut setup. We ordered chopsuey and tuna panga.
