Decent local restaurant serving a variation of Filipino favorites along with a smidge of other global basics. We tried many of the dishes on the menu and all were delicious with the exception of the "Quezzadilla". I'm almost certain the chef(s) have never had an actual Mexican quesadilla for reference, as it was not even in the same ballpark. I think this was a failed attempt to fuse a quesadilla with pizza-related ingredients, hence the name. Would not recommend it at all. The pizza and carbonara were on point, and all of the Filipino dishes we ordered were really good.
The service was really slow, and we didn't receive a couple of the dishes until everyone had already finished eating and were ready to go. I waited 45 minutes for coffee, and 1 hour 30 minutes for Carbonara.
The ambience is crowded and loud, but that was really dependent on the time of year, and it was the weekend as well.
The prices were reasonable, and appropriate for the class of restaurant this represents. In short, it's affordable for the average family.
Overall, it was ok. It's not a place I would drive all the way to Ligao again just to visit, but it was a nice place to stop and eat while in the area doing...

Is it expensive? Not really, chowking is more expensive when it comes to serving size.
Why 3 stars? I've eaten on some better restaurants, so this restaurant is budget friendly, but you get to feel "luxurious".
If four seasons is 6.5/10, this restaurant is 5.0-5.5/10.
Food is somewhat authentic to the original dish flavors, though seems to be lacking something, ah yes, it lacks that zest impact. And there's no appetizers.
Service is a bit behind compared to some starred restaurants, but this seems to be local, so that's to be expected. There were some gaps in communication with the servers, but weren't actually a problem.
Atmosphere is a bit crowded as opposed to it's modern and somewhat exquisite look. Though they do discriminate a bit based on your dress and color, as seen with them giving VIP treatment to foreigners and people in suits compared to ones wearing casual clothes.
Would recommend? If for a daily meal, yep. But for a true high quality restaurant experience? Not really, but it's okay for budget meals. A good option if you're downtown and there's really no other restautant aside from this, or if you want to...
Read moreAs someone from Ligao, I have to say that the crew and the service they provide just isn't giving. I've never had a good experience in this restaurant despite coming back multiple times. I actually just visited earlier today, but this time, I can’t help but leave a review because they’ve finally pushed me past my tipping point.
Every single crew member who asked us questions or served us—except for Sir Aries—was rude. I know you conduct yearly team-building activities, so I hope you also take the time to train and equip your staff to be approachable and respectful. We are all paying customers, and just because we’re locals doesn't mean we deserve any less of your courtesy. I hope you treat us the same way you treat customers whom you think are more elite.
This is not what being a Ligaoeño stands for. If you truly care about your business, please teach your employees how to be kind and...
