KFC — Restaurant in Apalit

This is alarming knowing that your cashiers doesn't following proper protocol and not issuing receipt. All kfc stores following with protocol standard to use POS while taking up the order before serving the food. Its alarming that it may lead some discrepancy and dishonesty . Plus it is not the first time happening knowing there clearly no power outage nor any events to reason out why they not issuing receipt. I hope you conduct audit and surprise visit. Also all of your staff is lacking of proper customer service some of them is rude, lazy and very lousy the reason that it toke so long waiting on line since they not really following the protocols and the proper system to make things faster and easier. Hindi ko alam bat wala sa hulog mga tauhan nyu lagi dyan knowing na di naman kayo nag ooperate 24 hrs kahit nakalagay pa sa signage nyu na 24hrs ? And Lastly they really have this habit of setting their own " too early cut off " and stop accepting customer . I hope you can improve since this store is not recommendable for those things that needs...

Once I entered the store, I noticed that the floor was really dirty; you could see dust from people's shoes (check the images and videos attached). Additionally, there was one flickering light (check the images and videos attached). When we ordered drinks and specified that they should be royal, they gave us Coca-Cola instead. Other KFC locations have better-tasting food than this one, but it's alright. There are high chairs available in this fast-food restaurant. Unused wet floor signs are placed at the entrance; however, when you open the door, they fall off. There is a ramp for wheelchair access to the inside of the restaurant. There should be better cleaning...

i ordered a food at kfc. Suddenly the manager told me that “do u have an authorization letter?” because im using my grandmas senior citizen id for discounts. Shes confined in premier medical center (which is the hospital closer to kfc). WHY DOES HE NEED MY GRANDMAS AUTHORIZATION LETTER WHEN SHES CONFINED. He also said “next time diko na tatanggapin to” in a grumpy way and indicating that i cannot use it anymore. The manager is a tall guy. I forgot his name. Instead of dining in i ate the food outside because i was pissed off. Not gonna come anymore unless hes gonna be there...
