Probably the restaurant in Total Gas Station - NLEX with the best breakfast (or lunch/dinner) to offer. Max's has been standing the test of time. They innovate Pinoy food and catch the taste of many even foreigners. We ordered different breakfast and short order meals to try everything. My personal fave is fried bangus. We ate here for lunch. When we got in, we were directly served by a very accomodating server. Since we are not familiar with the menu, the server introduced us to some of the family set meal and that's what we ordered.They served it for like 10-15min. This is the Best Max Restaurant. Friendly staff and alert to the needs of the customers. One customer dropped a spoon and immediately one staff gave a new spoon to the customer without being ask.
