La Arte is a true hidden gem that my brother stumbled upon while driving around the area, and I'm so glad he recommended it! We indulged in their halo halo specials, including the Ube special and mango special halo halo, and we were blown away. The ice in the halo halo was perfectly blended, creating a refreshing and delightful texture with every spoonful. Each ingredient in the halo halo was fresh and flavorful, making for an unforgettable dessert experience. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit La Arte for their mouthwatering halo halo specials. Highly recommended for anyone craving a sweet treat that's beyond delicious!

La Arte sounds like a great restaurant! Their main dishes and desserts are delicious, and that the service is good. It's also great that the chef takes the time to visit his customers. The lack of parking and the difficulty of backing out of the spot are unfortunate, but they're not dealbreakers for me. I would still be willing to eat at La Arte for the delicious food and great service. If you're planning to eat at La Arte, I recommend arriving early to get a parking spot. You could also try to park within the side street and walk to the restaurant. If you're driving, be careful when backing out of your spot, as the street can be busy.

The place gives you a homey feel and touch of elegance. You can choose to be seated inside the house or outside. They even have a play area for kids. They have assorted menu of Filipino home cooked cooking. We ordered Chicken inasal (Pechopak), scallops, squid rings, Dinuguan with Puto and all tastes really good and seasoned right. Their recipe had a hint of sweetness for dinuguan, chicken inasal and its sauce. The desserts we ordered Ube Halo Halo, Matcha Halo halo and Mango Halo Halo were all very satisfying and had generous serving proportion. Overall the expereince was very good and best of all not pricey.

Despite reserving a table and requesting for high chair in advance, when we arrived, we had to wait for some time as they had to locate extra tables to be able to sit us.

While waiting, we tried placing our orders only to be told this and that are sold out. Mind you, it was 5:30pm, so it was hardly reasonable to have run out of supplies, ahead of dinner time. These were their supposedly best sellers too; as a restaurant owner, wouldn't you make sure you had stocks on hand?

Since we were already there, we decided to go ahead and just substitute with whatever they had on hand. Only to be told 20 mins later, that they were not available too.

Thus no rating for food as we haven't had any, despite being there for half an hour.

Instead of immediately telling us our orders are not available, waitstaff hung around roughhousing and...
