I saw some vloggers sharing their experience here, branding it as "fine dining". I was really interested as their resto is near my home. I already made a research about it and watched some more reels, I was kinda disappointed as they are being branded as fine dining, however, they are using plastic chairs 🤣 Well, I still gave it a try. Parking: They have small parking space, they have allowed a motorbike park in the designated area for cars, so this one motorcycle is occupying an entire area for the car. Anyway, I've informed the staff about it, they advised us to double park in the motorcycle area instead. Another minus points naman. Ambiance is good. They have a bar too. Price is okay, it's kinda expensive for Bacolod. Food is great actually. We ordered crispy pata, KBL. Portion is big, like good for 3-4 persons. It's a great place to bring your family. Ari na ang exciting part. Before ordering, I've asked their manager if ga accept sila credit card. She said yes. However, pag bayad na wla knu ga work ila terminal 😆 Mka highblood nga experience, but basi kay ng kaon kmi crispy pata nila. Lol. Kadlawan ta nlg ni. But because of that, my overall experience was really not good. They could just have said na wla sila ga accept credit card kay pra ka withdraw ko nga daan dba. Mayo na lng gani kay ang brother ko may Gcash. Ari pa ang isa ka funny na part, indi pa ma go through ang payment sa initial na Gcash QR nila, they have to find another number pra kabayad. They shouldn't have branded it as fine dining kung amo man lng ni nga experience ang ma hatag. Sad, will not come back to this place.

I went there for lunch. It was kinda full. Requested a table for 1. They wanted me to sit in a tiny table . The location was close to 2 entrances and the main pathway to enter these 2 doors. Did not agree, and the service team did not even attend to get my name and give me a number for the next available table. I found myself a place to sit with 2 other ladies for a table for 6. I ordered regular palabok, pancit polo, salad, and sticky rice with mango. The 2 other ladies said they've been waiting for 1 hour for their order. I ordered it was missing a palabok. To be told, I did not order. I know I ordered, so I got it eventually. The palabok was off the way it tasted. The other dishes were not bad. My bill were P1600 plus for 4 dishes. The place was to small with big chunky furniture's. The stuff needs more training. They did not have all the halo halo. The menu should be covered if they are not available.

Discover the heart and soul of dining at Lola Grill & Restaurant Bacolod! Indulge in exceptional cuisine crafted by highly skilled chefs, served in an impeccably clean, beautifully designed space. Every detail tells a story—one of passion, family, and tradition. Experience food that not only satisfies but inspires, as you uncover the heartwarming journey behind Lola’s concept. A meal here is more than dining; it’s love served on every plate! They are currently on soft opening, and some of their final furniture pieces, specially curated from Japan, are still on their way. They are undoubtedly perfecting your dining experience. 📍Block 1, Lot 2 Carminville Subdivision, Bacolod Negros Occidental
