It has taken us 2 hours to get our food. It's understandable that people want to dine in since it's dinner time at 9pm, but waiting for two hours for our food is not reasonable.

We follow up on our food until the people are almost gone because we observe that the customers who came now have already consumed it.

After we followed up on our food, we noticed that they packed it for take-out even though we were dining in.

Don’t get me wrong. I always evaluate my experience at the place I went. I feel unsatisfied because this is my first time dining here and this is how it went.

Second time to visit this place. Went there pretty early in the morning. I wasn't expecting it to be open, but good thing it was. The place was clean, inviting and smelled good. The security guard and crew were very courteous and nice. I did one of those self-ordering kiosks and being the forgetful fool that I am, I didn't get the receipt that I needed to redeem the order. Today 10 Nov 0730 hrs, you stand inline at a kiosk that is meant to improve customer service by cutting down on ordering time, only to go join another line to receive your order ticket to place the order and charge you accordingly. Only to wait for for order to be served. I saw my order when it hit the counter and the ticket number matched but waited minutes to be frustrated enough to ask where is my large coke and was told by staff i would have to wait another additional 3 minutes.
