The Shakeys team was amazing! One of the ladies kindly explained the perks we’d missed out on with our SuperCard, and I’m super grateful for the freebies. But honestly, what stood out the most was her patience, excellent customer service, and the top-notch assistance she provided.

Our food came out just a few minutes after we placed our order—luckily, the place wasn’t too crowded yet when we arrived (it’s usually packed!). The Shakey’s team did a great job working together, bringing out each part of the order one by one so we weren’t just sitting there waiting for the pasta and pizzas. One of the gentlemen even stepped in to help the ladies and guided them so well. There's also a sweet lady thanked and greeted us as we're leaving.

Despite all the hustle and bustle, the ladies stayed polite and kept smiling the whole time, which really impressed me.

I hope they get the recognition they deserve—not because they asked for it, but because...

Posting a review dahil paulit ulit ng nangyare samen... This is an ongoing issue na hanggang ngayon hindi padin naayos. Hindi ako nagpopost ng review before but this time its needed na. My mother and I love shakeys, we have been ordering through Shakeys website for many years. Isa at isa lang un branch na only can accommodate un order namen. Kaso more than 5 times na at hindi ko na mabilang na ilang beses may kulang o mali sa order namen. I always request square cuts, added one Ranch sauce ng high protein at extra party beef sa hawaiian. Pero lage nalang hindi nasusunod un request namen. Dahil ba senior un mama ko nag oorder or dahil sa hindi lang nila binabasa o wala pakealam sa mga request ng mga customer. Ilang beses naden ako tinatawagan ng manager nila pero lage nalang complimentary pizza ang inooffer, Kaysa na irefund nalang. I only request refund dun sa mga bagay na hindi ko nakuha like un extra party beef na P65 pesos. Nakakailang order na ako sa kanila but every time sasabihin nila bawi nalang po kame sa next order. I have been patient and been asked na bawi sa next order pero lage nalang may mali. Oofer sila ng complimentary FREE pizza tapos ano makukuha ko? baka sira or hindi maayos ang pagkaen na ibibigay nila dahil sa complaint,.. wag nalang I wont risk it... I asked for refund pero lage complimentary bibigay nila. its a NO for me. Refund ang gusto ko pero ayaw nila. I talked to your manager pero lage nalang ganun. Shakeys how can you tolerate this instance? Even un rider nyo agree na may kulang at hindi nila nakikita un order requests ng mga customer. We love shakeys pero dahil etong branch lang ang nagcacater parang siguro wag nalang umorder. Again I am posting this because its an ongoing issue na hanggang ngayon wala parin resolution. Fast delivery nga pero hindi naman swak sa order request ng customer. I hope this would serve as a memo for this branch. We pay for the pizza and pay for the extra requests... kung kulang ang bayad sa mga extra then let us know. Hope you understand this review. Again we love Shakeys pero we are not valued as a customer. Please hear us. We just want to be fair as a paying...

We had our lunch here. We bought the 2025 package deal. We got a free supercard. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The food was tasty. Worth it with the package. One full large pizza, carbonara, mozzarella sticks, chicken and mojos with a pitcher of iced tea.

The hot sauce and catsup bottle on the side is ok but they need to wipe the bottles and bottle cap because some old residues were there.

They have an overpriced claw...
