Antonio's Cafe — Restaurant in Baguio

Absolutely horrendous dining experience! Let me start with the service, we were seated at the newly added section of the restaurant. I don't know if they were still getting used to the new setup but we had to go to the main part of the restaurant multiple times! No server were with us to tend to our needs. Servers had no visible training as well! One of the servers eavesdropped our complaints we were sharing with each other and she even talked back! The other server was clumsy, unprofessional and is visibly untrained. Now, let me get to the restaurant itself. Ambience and design wise, it's top notch. But, the layout of two different sections of the restaurant means it's useless when the servers need to go out of the restaurant to the other section just to serve food. Speaking of which, brings me to my last point. The food was absolutely horrendous, bland and disgusting. The chicken quarter leg was undercooked for one of our orders and was just lathered with a useless, tasteless sauce. Next is the Lechon Kawali, crunchy yes, taste none. Bistek and Salpicao, bland as well. The drinks were just a big nothing burger. Now, to end this, we were supposed to just speak with the manager and get a response with everything. First of all, the parking, there was a free/open parking spot in front of the Cafe, we asked the staff and the parking attendant if we could park our car in front, the employee said that we couldn’t, a few minutes later there was someone moving the cone to let someone else park.

Secondly, we sat down, the table was dirty, so we waited for the employee to clean it since we just arrived, 20 minutes go by, we called the waitress, who was very much looked not pleased to be called to clean the table.

Third was ordering the food. 80% of the menu was not available, while they were taking our orders we asked if what we were going to order was available, they said yes. 45 minutes go by and they say, “Sorry sir, the meal you chose is unavailable.” So it took you 45 minutes to tell us that our food that we ordered is not available?

And lastly the waiting time, 45 minutes already passed by after ordering, the food is still not served.

Overall a bad and unpleasant experience. Would not recommend at all. And the staff that are serving the people look and sound like they do not want to serve you at all. WOULD...

Had a quick celebration of my birthday on this resto last year. There was a storm back then and its raining non-stop. We decided to spend some time here since it wasn't worth it to go sa igorot stone kingdom dahil sa ulan. Upon entering, we're greeted nicely and took our orders (were only the customers that time). While waiting, we're talking about the bad weather while glancing on their glass wall while suddenly one of their RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF glanced on us and says "sige, gala pa kayo habang may bagyo hehe" with a smirk on his face. We are not sure bakit nya sinabi yun and we're not even looking and talking to him. We heard them laughing afterwards. We felt humiliated but decided to shrug it off.
