The Hall of Plate — Restaurant in Baguio

My parents have been raving about this place as they have visited it several times. First time I've tried was on father's day. We went here just to have some drinks after having a merienda buffet. The elders ordered coffee which is ok for their taste. I ordered strawberry matcha and would rate it 1/5. It was very milky and the matcha powder may not even be a teaspoonful!

We only ordered a pika-pika for my nephew since we were still full. The ranch was very good! However, the potato chips were very very salty!

Free wifi but too slow.

We understand that it was a very special occasion so the place felt stressful. Besides the very loud live music from the top floor, the supervisor/manager was too loud with his stress—calling out his staff even the kitchen personnel bc of confusion with whatever they need to serve. Considering that their 1st flr was small and the bar area is near almost everyone, you could hear him get mad out of frustration due to their service. But service also covers being able to handle your stress in front of everyone, not only to the customers but also to your subordinates.

A resto in a nice location. Good view for tables in the al fresco dining areas. They have parking enough for 10 cars. They have lots of tables available that can accommodate up to 75 diners, maybe more! Not sure if they have wifi.

Ambiance: 3/5 I really can't say the motif of the place. I can say the place is clean and well ventilated.

Waiting time: 5/5 They served our food really quick.

Taste: 3/5 Pizza: Not too excited about the pizza. It looks and taste just okay. Caesar's Salad: This one is better than the pizza. Not sure if they even put cheese in it. Nachos: This one ties the quality of the Caesar's salad. Flavored Chicken (BBQ) The chicken is the only thing I liked on this dish. The potato chips were cold and some are too soggy. Looks like they were cooked hours ago. Drinks are on the average side too.

Price: 3/5 Some of the dish we bought are a little expensive for their taste. Some are just okay. I am a little scared to order food that are a little more expensive because they might taste average too.

Staff: 5/5 They are friendly and kind.

Note: They have clean comfort rooms.

Will I eat here again? May be, I am...

We went here on a Thursday and arrived around 4PM to get a late lunch - early dinner sort of meal. The place was empty.
