KFC — Restaurant in Balanga

My experience at KFC was somewhat disappointing. I visited the restaurant twice and noticed that the serving sizes were noticeably smaller compared to other branches. This inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied with my meals.

Specifically, when I and my companion ordered the sisig rice bowl late at night, we were surprised by the portion size. It seemed as though they had divided one serving into two, which was quite underwhelming.

Today, January 27, 2023 at 11:50am here in KFC Drive Thru Roman Highway Brgy. Tenejero Balanga City, Bataan experienced my 6th times na walang Sisig Rice Bowl since 2nd week of January up to now. This is with a different visiting time morning,lunch,afternoon,evening,late night during my drive thru experience. Today the cashier just shut the window after saying "wala po kasing available na sauce". If laging walang sauce ang Sisig rice bowl then why order and stock more of its ingredients especially this is a fast-moving meal. Fast moving because laging ubos eh, then add more stocks. It was our first time to visit this branch and not sure if we're going back again.

Filthy wet floor in hand wash and toilet area. There are so many flies inside that you can't even eat properly. Not sure if they do have guard on-duty, that they even allow solicitations inside and outside the restaurant. Sorry to say, but we don't want to have guilty feelings eating inside the restaurant while someone is watching you eating from the outside, or worst, going to your table and ask for some.
