Friends Avenue — Restaurant in Baler

well i have a complaints or feedback about this shop, it is my rights to tell you this not to ruin your business but to change your behavior towards to your customer and future customer. well we were looking for a milkshake shop because I'm tired and thirsty due to heavy rides. So as expected the shop is not for milkshake.... but we saw how beautiful the place is, the paintings and the wall decorations are aesthetically pleasing, we take pictures on that wall -ONLY THE WALL- (the photos taken are even blurred ) no customer included, no food included in that picture ONLY THE WALL. Well they saw us taking pictures so we taught it is okay to take pictures and after that we're ready to go. Before stepping out, someone called us I don't know if that -man- is a staff or what and -he- said, we are not allowed to take pictures without permission, our fault is that we don't ask permission because we taught it is fine, and they saw us taking pictures minutes before they approach us, they don't approach us right after seeing us take a picture and it is a public place ( restaurant is a public place ) we don't take pictures on the food or the people only the wall. If we are wrong for taking pictures we were sorry about it, but we don't have any bad intentions for the pictures just pure amusement for their decorations and we already delete it after that -- approach us. We even saw that specific wall on their social media which can be seen by everyone. Well I'm just sad because it is our first time being humiliated in a restaurant. We are very disappointed and as I saw some of people who put their review here your staff is also not friendly. Again this review is not to ruin anything we are just hoping for improvements. we hope that you think this review in a positive way and not in negative...

I ordered their two piece burger steak which was really oily and not fresh( The burger they used tastes like a CDO burger steak which is normally a frozen product sold in groceries and wet/dry markets), it also has a tiny garnish of basil leaf which did not complement the burger steak, which makes the meal pretentious, and has a bland white mushroom~like sauce, in the other hand, my wife ordered their fried chicken and it was dry, which means its frozen, not fresh, and has a tiny flag on it that doesn't mean anything, Jollibee has this fried chicken that has flag on it but it indicates that its spicy/hot, and they just had it there for nothing, a waste of material and money. And another few things, the lady in the counter(with glasses and is obese) was not friendly, the place looks good outside but needs more ventilation inside, it was hot inside, and the prices are too high in comparison to the quality of their food, and if they continue to cook and serve the same quality of food then they should lower the prices. These are all my feedback, this is not to shame them but rather to help them improve and i hope the owner and the staffs of Friends Avenue in Baler, Aurora,...

Great food. Great staff.

We ordered the following:

1 Classic Carbonara for P85 1 Spaghetti with Meatballs for P85 1 Lemonade Cucumber Friendship Drink for P55 1 Tuna Bunwich for P55 1 SPAMwhich for P55.

The pasta dishes were fantastic. The serving was enough for its price. There's also 2 slices of bread. The only thing that I didn't like was that the spaghetti was too sweet.

The Bunwich was a surprise. It was delicious and good for its price. It had buns with sesame seeds, cucumber, white onions, mayo, lettuce, and tuna. The presentation was fresh, unique and appetizing. It was served to us using a chopping board with honey glazed on it.

The Lemonade Cucumber was normal. We didn't finish it because it's serving was like good for 5 people for a price for two.

Definitely we'll be coming back to this place when we visit...
