MIZU Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Baliwag

Deeply disappointed with one of our experiences at this restaurant. After dining here, both of my daughters suffered from food poisoning here. I reached out to inform the management expecting at least some level of concern or accountability but unfortunately I received no proper response. The issue was completely dismissed and my messages were ignored.

What’s even more troubling is that I have medical documentation and lab results confirming the foodborne illness, yet the restaurant has shown no interest in addressing the matter.

All the food that we've tried were so delectable especially their sashimi and aburi! Our food were served after a few minutes we've ordered. And i can say, they have a fast service. 👍

The place is clean and calming (because of the background music they're playing).

The staff are nice but would be nicer if they will be more friendly.

Will surely come back to this...

This Japanese restaurant is a great spot for a tasty and relaxed meal. The sushi is fresh and really flavorful, and the tempura is crispy and light. The staff are friendly and the place has a nice, comfortable vibe that’s perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Definitely worth a visit if you want good Japanese food...
