The place is not only full of flies. But the service is poor. The staff aren't dping much but they definitely do not listen annd take nite of your request.
My cousins and I decided to have an early dibber as we were travelling from Baguio and arriving at our destination really late.
I ordered a C3 combo (chicken with spaghetti) for dine and also ordered an a la carte order of jolly hotdog and CHAMP. they told me it would take arouod 15mins for the jolly hotdog and champ to be ready sonI said I could wait since we will be sitting in to eat some other food.
I specifiacally asked for tge CHAMP to be made PLAIN withput any sauces, tomato, vegetable, Just Bread, Beef patty and cheese. the cashoer asked me twoce then a suoervisor I thibk confirmed it and I even heard the cashier paging it.
they gave me a number.
we ate and still waitied for about 25 minutes my takeout was ready. whilst a lotnof fliea where in the restaurant.
NOW WHAT REALLY UPSET ME WAS WHEN i GOT HOME IS THAT NOT ONLYBWAS THE CHAMP NOT PLAIN. IT HAD A NOTBSO FRESH TOMATO AND LETTUCE WHICHBI DO NOT LIKE. BUT IT HAD SO MUCH TOMATO KETCHUP AND MAYONNAISE ALL OVER WHICH WAS DISGUSTING AND SOAKING ThE BREAD.
THAT'S JUST SO BAD THAT EVEN REMIVING ALL OF THAT SAUCE AT HOME WAS ALREADY BAD. I COuLD NOT EAT THE CHAMP.

Despite waiting over 30 minutes for our meal, the device intended to notify us when it was ready failed to function. I had to ask my wife to follow up, which disrupted our journey home with our children and elderly relatives. Eventually, we discovered our order had been sitting on the counter for more than 20 minutes without any attempt to locate us or announce our number.
It was frustrating to realize that the device was faulty, leading us to wait in vain after following the given instructions. Additionally, when we finally received our order, it was not prepared as requested for dine-in, resulting in a meal that was cold and incomplete—only half of our order was provided. We had to go through the hassle of requesting the missing items and replacements.
While the manager did apologize for the inconvenience, the staff who took our order did not acknowledge their mistake. Having been a service crew member at Jollibee myself in the past, I know the importance of excellent customer service. Read moreStopped here after a ling drive from Baguio going to Angeles then Manila. CityMall was so hot (no aircon) then jollibee was even hotter. But it was tolerable since we were there to buy takeout (drive thru had a long line).
So I queued in line for about 10mins. Paid for my order then cashier gave me a number, the funny thing is they held our receipts for them to process our orders.
I waited for 15 mins then followed up for my order since, the others had already finished their food or had their orders taken. So in short, I followed up for 4x and waited about an hour!
The manager told me that my receipt was lost! Ive been asking the 2nd time where was my order but the manager took some time to talk to me.
It was the worst experience I had for a FAST FOOD that was supposedly FAST.
Poor customer service. Dont dine here, take another gas station to dine/rest. This citymall and jollibee sucks
