Subject: Delivery Process and Staff Conduct Concerns – Diversion Road Store
My concern is mainly about the delivery process, especially at the Diversion Road store.
First, please fix the Jollibee application. When you choose to continue as a guest and pay online, the order disappears immediately and cannot be tracked. This forces the customer to call the store just to confirm the order. (This is regarding online orders via the Jollibee app.)
Second, the attitude of the staff and manager needs improvement. This is very important. When a customer calls, it means there's a problem that needs to be managed—not something that should add more stress. If there’s no available rider, kindly call the customer directly and inform them in a polite and respectful manner. Attitude matters. Please communicate properly.
In my case, the online order that was supposed to be delivered on time ended up being changed to pickup, which became the customer’s problem to solve. I wasn’t able to get the manager’s name, but I hope this concern will be addressed...

Basically went through drive thru only to be told to go forward and theyll deliver the food to you by hand at the parking lot. When you should be waiting by the window. Very slow service when its supposed to be fast food.
They do this because they can fool Jollibee parent company gives incentives for fast service but they are very slow on the drive thru.
So this should not be encouraged. Especially when there is no queue or less than 3...
