Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Bauan

Came in around 3 PM and luckily got a table despite the small dining area. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after ordering. One of the items wasn’t available, which was fine, but service was poor overall. Waited over 20 minutes for food, no soup or condiments were provided even after multiple requests. Staff seemed distracted, some were eating and being loud in the dining area. My friend had to get basic utensils himself. Had to follow up twice for the halo-halo, only to find out at the counter that it was forgotten. Disappointed with the service.

Better to visit different branch instead....

Food and service are great however the space for customer can only accommodate such a small number. The parking was too small can only accommodate almost 1 vehicle. Located between 711 and Jollibee the Mang inasal branch seems to be sandwiched by this other two stores. I think the location was great but the exact site where the building was stood was just so wrong to be a Mang inasal which is a favorite of most Filipinos in...

we dine in at mang inasal bauan 6:45pm, at first ok namn nag diretso kami sa counter agad to order our food, then iniwan ko na kasama ko para humanap ng upuan namin sa taas then suddenly this is staff approach me na close na daw agad ng 2nd floor. pero nung tinanong ko manager what time close nila 9pm? srsly? 6:50 plang close na? so wala na kami nagawa since nka order na kami and unli rice order ko di ko na pwede takeout sa first flr kami kumain sakto mybisang avail na table but then again nung nakanupo na kami nag approach na nmn to si nankung pwede pag dalwahin table namin kasi my dalawa na uupo pa daw seeing na marami kami dala that time kaya, so wla na nmn kami nagawa kesa mag scandalous ako dun. nakaka disappoint ung experience na yun, im also a manager of a restaurant seeing mga staff dun na nka piercing and using their phone while duty and also the duty na manager JJ syang nag aassist sa mga customer sya pa mismo nag sabi na close na 2nd flr at nag pa wait sa customer sa first flr. very wrong tlga. sa kagustuhan maka uwi ng maaga ng hold ng guest pero srsly 9pm pa close pero 6:50 bawal na mag dine in sa taas. mukang oa pero...
