Jollibee — Restaurant in Bayugan

This is the second branch we visited after coming from the airport. It seems that the Jollibee branches near the area have issues with their supply because both branches are out of stock for breakfast meals, and it's a Saturday. I would expect that the Jollibee branches would prepare for their weekend crowd for their breakfast offerings. Both branches can only offer burgers for breakfast. This branch, at least, has coffee and hot chocolate. However, what I appreciate most of all is the very warm greeting and customer service the staff has shown. Even the manager and the guard at the door greet and smile at customers.

Shout out to the management of this branch! Bayugan City Branch! Your services sucks! I hope the Management of Jollibee corporation will do something about this! First of all, how can an average student or citizen avail the french fries if you dont sell the regular size, you are only selling a large fries? Second, i know that your sales in chickenjoy boosted when you made the spicy chicken, why is it that its NOT available always? Third, we ordered 5 meals and gave us only 1 tissue? Ordered 2 large fries and u gave us 1 ketcup? Fourth, we order Chicken and Burger steak but the utensils that is available is only Spoon? And You want your customers to use a DISPOSABLE FORK? Poor service. Every time I order food for 2, I always need to ask for additional table napkins or utensils for takeout orders because they only give me 1 or none at all when it should always be included in the first place upon serving the food. Staff are so noisy. Talking and laughing with loud voices and you can even hear them cursing inside the store including the manager.
