Dining here was kind of spontaneous as we had planned to go somewhere else during our trip. But since the restaurants we wanted to go to were all closed, we went here because it was the closest to our B&B.
We had the place for ourselves when we got there so we had the liberty to choose our table. They have an extensive menu, and it was hard to decide what to get because everything looks delicious!
SHAKE (salmon sashimi) - P390 It's fresh and honestly tastes better without wasabi (a bit too intense for my liking). It almost melts in your mouth.
SPIDER MAKI - P390 This maki contains soft-shelled crab, cooked with tempura batter, and rolled. I like how it's different from the other makis I've tried, but I was told this was spicy, but there wasn't any hint of spiciness for me. It was a bit lackluster, but the serving is generous.
SESAME & CHILI OIL GYOZA -P320 This was the chunkiest gyoza I've ever had! It's packed, and it totally compensated for the spider maki's lack of heat. The chili oil was hot, hot, hot! Gyoza was good enough for the price, but it's a bit dry on the inside. Would love if it were juicier.
KAKE CHASOBA - P320 The broth was oh, so good! It's relaxing and makes you feel like you're drinking tea. The cha soba (green tea soba) added to that feel and the noodles have the most amazing texture and taste. It's high quality, honestly. It's firm and you'll get a hint of that green tea upon taking a bite, then the more you chew, the more it spreads on your taste buds and complements well with the broth. The dish was so calming, perfect after a long day of driving around.
TONKATSUDON - P520 The portion looks okay-ish when served, but you'll be surprised because IT’S HUGE. The pork was a tad dry, and would have been better if it had more eggs and onions (and sauce!). But it's good and definitely worth it. The miso soup that came with it was amazing, only thing missing was the kelp.
TONJIRU - P180 Creamy soup with pork (bacon, not fried) and veggies. You'd think the serving is too small, but it's packed with pork and veggies. It's rich and perfect as an appetizer.
The staff were accommodating and kind. They'll serve water without you even asking. They're friendly and will initiate small talks, they don't discriminate and won't look at you a certain way (we got that kind of look in a lot of restaurants we dined in in the past).
The place itself is spacious, and if you're looking for a restaurant to dine in with large groups, ABCT is perfect.
They do not have service charge, so please leave a tip if you like their food...

When making this review, I've taken into consideration other restaurants on their price range.
Place: This is located inside a subdivision. The restaurant itself is near a golf course. It's actually a nice, quiet and relaxing place. As for the restaurant itself, it has a nice ambiance. Sadly though the windows are dirty which was a little disappointing because it ruined the view. 4/5
Food: Tonkatsu Ramen: it was decent considering the price. They can improve the texture of the meat which I think is vital since it is "tonkotsu". I don't recommend it if your standard of ramen is ramen nagi or higher. Good for sharing 4/5
Abct fried rice: no complain here. It's your typical fried rice with furikake and nori . Good for sharing 5/5
Spicy double salmon: the rice was dry. It was disappointing. I think it's probably because the rice was not bagong luto. We actually came here to check their sushi. Good thing we did not order the premium platter. Rice aside, all ingredients were fresh. 3/5
Cucumber lemon juice: is it fresh? Is it artificial ? We don't know. But we love it. It did not taste artificial too. We can definitely taste the lemon, the cucumber and sweetness is just right 5/5
Wasabi Ice cream: exceeded my expectations. This is my first wasabi ice cream and I'm glad. If you are a fan of wasabi, this is a must. For sharing 5/5
Customer service: they are polite and attentive naman 5/5
Restroom:I didn't get to check the restroom.
Value for money: competitive pricing considering the beautiful location. Could improve food quality and cleanliness but overall I'm satisfied and would love to try...
Read moreWe enjoyed the serenity of the restaurant atmosphere. The fried salmon sushi w cream cheese was my choice in place of raw for safety reason, though I loved sashimi. Definitely cream cheese is hardly noticeable & missing in the dish. The miso soup w tofu was very hearty. The Sizzling beef Yakiniku is too oily for my taste, the grease is enough to kill the dish & definitely not healthy. Thank God for the matcha icecream to temper my tastebud from grease. Barley tea is a lifesaver. Took time to walk outside restaurant & adjacent to Eastridge Golf, very unfriendly security. We were taking photos at garden & bird-watching specifically Philippine hummingbird sans its colorful feathers which is so different from Colorado, USA hummingbird. The security noticed us at the garden, interrogated us for our intention of our trip & escorted us out to our car. Warning to American tourist, Eastridge Golf is unfriendly, Military-base-like & run by Army Ranger Security. It's an untouristy place. There' s ABCT restaurant in other...
