It was 6AM and I had to eat to avoid stomachache and I ordered a simple meal, the spaghetti with yumburger, upgraded to hot choco and additional yumberger (ala carte). My hot choco and spag were served and I was told my yumburgers will take 15 minutes before they can serve it. I just smiled, because I thought they must still be prepping for the day ahead, and noticed that the other table have ordered more food to go, so I said "it's okay" and went back to my table and ate what was served. I set my timer. i noticed other customers lining up including drive thru customers and waited patiently for my other food to be prepared and given but it had been more than 10 minutes past the 15-minute mark and still no food. I had no choice but to finish my drink and ask fory yumburgers to be packed to go and saw that the other people who ordered take out after me got their complete orders while I was still hungry waiting for my own food, who went to the store earlier than the people they are already serving. It seems that their frontline team are not very coordinative with the orders and no organization as they seem to not know whose order comes first and next to be prioritized. One crew asked what i needed and asked for my burgers to be packed and after a few minutes, same crew went back and asked what I needed. I nearly shouted in frustration as I clearly stated what I needed to be done and yet, they do not mind or even care what customers are telling them. I ended up not eating properly for my most important meal which i cannot skip due to medical reasons and here they are, not even a full store early in the morning during breakfast and they can no longer operate or serve properly. What happened to JFC's quality customer service like when they were newly opened? It seems that they only care for the money and not even minding what customers (who pay them the money they are earning) get now. And their main market was the Filipino family communities. I recently had the misfortune of dining at this Jollibee with very poor service, mediocre food, long waiting times, and an incident that left me feeling frustrated and unheard. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. The server, who looked to be in their early twenties, seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about serving me. They were slow to respond to my orders and gave me the feeling that I was a nuisance to them. To add to my frustration, the restaurant was understaffed, which caused the wait times to be excessively long.
The situation became even worse when I ordered my food. The dish I ordered was nothing like what I expected. It lacked flavor and had a bland texture. As I ate, I became more and more disappointed, feeling like the money I spent was wasted. To make matters worse, my receipt was accidentally thrown away, and when I asked for assistance, I was ignored. I felt like the restaurant didn't care about delivering a positive experience to its customers.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to the manager about the poor service, they refused to address my concerns. I felt disrespected and unheard. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling angry and frustrated.
In conclusion, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. The poor service, the long wait times, and the lack of assistance made for an overall poor experience that I would not want anyone else to endure. Today as I typing this review, I lost a folding umbrella and someone holding at the door took it before I noticed it, it was a unreplaceable item since it has a sentimental to me and I can’t lose it, sadly someone took it. And as I look from their establishment especially outside and can be look far down, I was waiting for 45 mins of my time wasted and said that they are not responsible from the lost belongings when literally place your umbrellas outside, no wonder this place so lack of security and it’s my first time going to this place and I’m not going back anymore despite our nearest Jollibee is undergoing renovation and I wish I didn’t go here for a meal if I wasn’t hungry at all. Either way a 2 guys approach me they said to this to my face that their “CCTV” wasn’t able to reach from the guy but clearly it was wide enough to shoot who took my umbrella. I’m sad enough to lost my umbrella because it was so sentimental to me so never going back and never gonna eat to this place again after that 2 guys not paying attention for 20mins pretending to be “busy” and it’s not fully crowded of a establishment to be eaten.
