IDEA Cafe and Pension House — Restaurant in Bohol

This was my second visit to Idea Pension House Jagna. It isn't Hyatt or Hilton my a stretch of the imagination but it was comfortable and friendly.|Unfortunately this visit was plagued my trouble after trouble. It started with the shower breaking and we had to shower in another room. We were heading off to another region, so we were promised everything would be fixed by the time we returned. Unfortunately the shower was not fixed so they moved us to another room... without a window. Being in a small room without a window and working long hours wasn't idea. After not been able to fix the shower in original room we were asked to pay an additional fee for the upgrade... although it was discounted it wasn't our issue. The new room had water pressure issues but we said we would suffer on. The final straw was when the so called manager stopped us to say we had to pay for breakfast... complementary breakfast was only on the original room rate and not the new room rate. This was petty and unnecessary. We checked out straightaway that day.|The staff was great and you could tell they were not comfortable with the situation.|I since emailed the management company but got no reply.|My advice is doubt check everything before booking in and Define terms if something happens... alternative find an alternative accommodation... it...

Staffs are welcoming and friendly. I like the the mission of this business as they sponsor deaf and mute students. Most of their staffs are deaf and mute but there staffs at the front desk who are able to speak to assist the guest. The place is nice and the room where we stayed is clean. Curtains and blinds were nice, clean and free of dust. Airconditioner, lights and the hot and cold shower works well. They also have safety vault in the room for your valuable things. The cabinet is enough for storing your things. They have cable connections however the t.v is too high that makes your neck stiff if your going to watch movies. They also offer free wifi but not accessible when you are inside the room. They also have restaurants inside. Didn't tried the foods there so I can't comment on that note. Price on their food menu are quite expensive but from what I heard their foods are delicious. The location is accessible many motorcycles will pass by the area so transportation is not an issue. It's just one ride away from their public market. I could really recommend this place as the best choice if you're to stay in...
