McDonald's — Restaurant in Bohol

My visit to McDonald's Tubigon had both positive and disappointing aspects. On the bright side, our order was served quickly despite the moderate crowd, and the 24-hour operation is certainly convenient for late-night cravings - a real plus for this location.

However, significant issues brought down our experience. The restroom was in poor condition - dirty, smelly, and clearly neglected. For an international chain, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. The dining area, while physically large, suffers from poor layout planning. During busy times, it becomes overcrowded and uncomfortable, with tables often left uncleaned for too long.

Service was efficient for our order, though I noticed staff seemed stretched thin during peak hours. Food quality was standard McDonald's fare - consistent with what you'd expect, though nothing exceptional.

While the 24-hour availability and quick service are definite advantages, the branch needs to address its maintenance issues, particularly restroom cleanliness, and reconsider their dining space utilization to better handle customer flow. Complaint Regarding Cold Food Service

I hope this message finds you well. I recently dined at your restaurant on August 3 2025 and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the meal I received.

I ordered 1 pc chkn mcdo large drink and 1 regular fries, and to my surprise, my chicken served cold. This not only affected the overall enjoyment of the meal but also raised concerns about food safety and quality standards.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would appreciate it if this could be addressed, as I had higher expectations from a restaurant of your reputation. I kindly request that the matter be looked into to ensure future customers do not face similar issues.

Needs more room to sit on. And the service was a little bad, I asked for a napkin but the lady completely ignored me even though I said it loudly. The second thing was the toilet had blood in it okay the women’s bathroom. I also discovered hair on my food. But the food? It’s amazing, the fries are well seasoned and burger just delicious! And most importantly, the chicken it’s so big and juicy! I recommend going to the morning. But I also noticed something, when I ordered large fries w cheese but it was the same size as small.
