The food was good we ate a sisig pork (we waned barbecue pork and it wasn’t available) and we took a fried half chicken with little presence of corn and a sauce that we didn’t really like with plain rice. Generally I think that in Philippines a lot of the food is packed with sugar and I’m not a fan of sweet food so if I knew I’d probably order another dish. The chicken was good though, just the sauce. The sisig was tasty but the pork was mostly little fat pieces rather than pork meat. I’d go back there and try other things. There was a lot of people there when we came so the food took a while but the staff informed us.

Unfortunately I didn’t took any pictures but the fried chicken was as the other pictures here and in the menu and...

I had a firefly tour with their Sarimonok rent a boat, the boat guys were really helpful so we decided to have dinner in the restaurant to show support , which end up a bad decision.

Arrived at 8pm in resto , after they took our order they said food arrive at 8:30pm and told us resto closes at 9pm. By 8:45pm the teenage staffs were all sitting around playint their screens and even had their bags on table ready to leave, why bother to take our order in first place? we weren’t even finished with our food.

Given all the staff just waiting anxiously to finish work we couldn’t enjoy our food and the worst resto experience we had after 12 days in Bohol. First time I didn’t leave any tip...

Food - we tried the chicken adobo, this was really good with the garlic rice - chicken cooked perfectly and well marinaded. We also tried the chicken pancit (this is suitable to serve 2 people which we didn’t realise when we ordered it!), could have done with more chicken and veg for the amount of noodles but overall the flavour was nice (could also have been hotter in temperature).

Service - the service is as expected for a busy restaurant at lunch time; the staff were clearly working hard and doing their best to cater for all customers.

Atmosphere - it’s ok, it’s on the road and there is a small glimmer of the river from one window. It is everything you’d...

Drop by for late lunch from long Pahangog Falls hike. Hungry and tired, lack of any expectation of quality of food out of nowhere, but we were blown away by the crispness of the battered sarimanok, sweet and sour baboy, and pancit bam-me. Well, the bam-me was good but other dishes were over the top goodness. The native hut settings surround by many rice fields put us in the mood. Won’t hesitate to come back for 2nd or more times to check out their other dishes.

We ordered the Chicken Inasal and the fried pork belly, both were nice, though the Chicken Inasal does take some time to come out. It comes as a combo with a lot of rice and a drink that was kinda like ice tea but it was soooo sweet we didn't really drink it. Also ordered a mango shake and it had alot of mango in it which was great but again soo much sugar in it, I could taste/feel the sugar granules in it, so it was much too sweet for me.
