Don't dine at this place. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Our group placed an order in advance because we were planning to visit Enchanted Cave but came back after 10 mins because the cave was fully booked. When we got back at the restaurant, we were informed that the food was being prepared. Waited for 30mins and we noticed that all the guests are waiting for their orders too. Followed up with our orders but was just answered with a nod and "sandali lang po". After an hour, some are being served, and we still dont have any plates, utensils, and water, which repeatedly ask for. After 1hour and 45min of waiting, we were served half of our order, which was not even hot, and the rice not being all the way cooked. Again, we are still waiting for our plates and utensils. We started eating without it and asked about the other half of our order (3rd staff), after a few minutes we were given our plates and utensils and was informed that our order was STILL FORZEN and that we can order something else. I shouted at the waiter and left the restaurant to find a different place to eat. Came back after 15mins after eating at a small pika pika place only to find out that the shake we ordered earlier is priced different from what was in the menu and overcharged for another shake. We corrected them on what we ordered and received and paid the correct amount. Didn't even get an apology. WORST SERVICE IVE...
Read moreWorst restaurant ever! No choice as this is the only restaurant in the area. Before eating there and go to Enchanted Cave, our driver already asked us to pre-order. But since there is a long queue in Enchanted Cave, we did not pursue going there and headed to the resto to eat. After 1 hr without serving anything to our table, we followed-up and staffs were telling us to wait. I know 1 hr is no longer reasonable to wait. No utensils. No water served. No everything yet and staffs were unapologetic and unfriendly. We kept waiting for another hour only to tell us that our order - fried chicken is still frozen. Like we waited for 2 hours only to find out that we need to wait for it to thaw. Ending, headed somewhere else to eat burger and siomai.
FYI. We also ordered 3 shakes and bihon. We paid but to our disappointment, price of the shake changed to 80 pesos from 50 just because it was ordered directly to the fruit shake stand in front of them. We just paid them but the staff still wrongly computed the whole payment.
So disappointing! Someone must compete with them. Not...

The kinilaw na tuna stood out—it had plenty of fresh, meaty chunks, making it worth every peso. Their buko shake is pure coconut goodness, with the right balance of creaminess and sweetness, though the serving size is a bit small for one.
One downside is the slow serving time, so patience is needed, especially during peak hours. But while waiting, you might find yourself entertained by friendly stray pets roaming around.
The place itself is spacious with ample parking, and they also accept GCash payments, making transactions convenient. Overall, Alimango Grill and Resto is a solid dining option in patar, bolinao for budget-conscious foodies and great for families. It is also close to...
